Sr. Managing Partner has over 15 years of Silicon Valley search experience, Ms. Rogers is well-versed in the specialized challenges of fast-paced technology recruiting. She has an impressive and loyal client list that she has managed for several years. Her clients recognize her quick ability to understand their needs and deliver high quality results in a short amount of time. Her greatest source of professional pride is her consistent ability to meet or exceed the client's desired results quickly and efficiently. She has built teams on both a nationwide and international basis.
Prior to opening her own practice in 1999, she worked as a consultant and ultimately as an employee of Bay Networks. At Bay Networks, she was a Lead Recruiter for several different business units and was recognized as being a top recruiter in the company. She placed several senior management, sales, engineering and marketing positions throughout her tenure at Bay. Prior to Bay Networks, Ms. Rogers was an employee of a few different recruiting agencies for several years and was considered one of their top performers.
Prior to search, Ms. Rogers held several positions in sales in a variety of different areas such as wireless equipment, vocational school programs, temporary employment sales, and insurance. She graduated from Chico State in Organizational Communication, minor in Business Administration 1991.

Christie Dean-Bower
Sr. Managing Partner has over 12 years of Global talent search experience. Though she has primarily staffed engineering teams within the Silicon Valley, she has also hired talent all over the United States as well as in Japan and India. Christie has a loyal and A-caliber client list of which she has provided high quality results for over a decade. They recognize her innate ability to understand their needs and provide efficient results in a timely manner.
Christie's search specialties have ranged from finding, engaging and attracting top talent to build teams for start ups from the ground floor to finding specific key hires within large well–established companies.
She began her career as an employee of a Silicon Valley based recruitment agency and quickly began placing engineers within local companies. Using her knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes she then spent over 7 years specializing in placing talent within start-ups, as early as their seed funding stage. She most recently hired development and leadership teams for both AOL and Google.
She prides herself on possessing strong technical and business understandings of technical requirements, her deep sourcing skills and her experience sourcing passive candidates. Christie is an active blogger, a member of Witi, and Women 2.0.
