• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of real-world software development experience.
• Excellent and influential communication skills with engineers and non-engineers.
• Extensive experience programming in both scripting and application-specific languages.
• Deep familiarity with Unix environments, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and MySQL a plus.
• Experience practicing agile development methodologies.
• Open source community participation is highly respected.
• CSS
• Develop HTML, JavaScript and Ruby code for user interface (View) Resolve bugs in a timely manner.
• Develop enhancements and new features for the Ad Center UI working closely with Product Group.
• Thoroughly unit test changes before they are released to QA.
• Work closely and coordinate with application developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent working knowledge of HTML
• Minimum of 5 years' of professional experience
• Excellent working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize accordingly
• Strong knowledge of UNIX
• Thorough understanding of multi-platform/multi-browser differences
• Organization and detail orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AJAX.
• experience developing UI for Ruby on Rails applications.
• experience with online advertising applications.
• Experience with Subversion or CVS (Code Management)
• Experience with white-labeled applications.
